The last week has been a struggle. The Blue Screen of Death keeps appearing on my laptop every couple of days. I still have the desktop to work off of, but my laptop goes everywhere with me. Even to my day job. I’ve ran checkdisk. I’ve updated. I’ve uninstalled programs. I’ve cried. Then I’ve done it all again.
I’m running a few more checks on it today, but I have a feeling I’ll have to take it somewhere for repairs. *more tears*
But I still have the desktop, right? Time to get it updated with my files so I can get back to work on 2 of the awesome projects I’m working on for release later this year. I really can’t wait to share Just One Song , a companion novel to Just One Summer, and This Time Around, a second chance romance.
Just One Song takes place two years after the events of Just One Summer and focuses on another show happening at Mountain View Resort. Local senior Cami plans to head out of Branson for the bright lights of New York or LA or maybe Nashville when she’s hired as a backup singer to an aging rock superstar. She puts off her plans for the valuable experience of working with one of the greatest singers ever to grace any stage. Then she meets his son, Declan, and her world is turned upside down in more ways than one.
I’m so excited to share Just One Song.
I guess I should get back to work. 🙂
